True help

When someone offers you their help, be sure to check if it is truly unconditional.
If they insist you do things a certain way, they are trying to control you.
If they feel offended when you don’t take their help, they have their own agenda.

Conditional help is usually not for your highest and best.
When help is conditional, it can quickly turn from help, to hindrance, to harm.

True help is assistance that respects your free will, dignity and sovereignty.
It is free of ego, free of wants, of hidden agendas and conditions.
It can be turned down with no hard feelings involved.

True help comes from a place of strength, compassion, and detachment from results.
It is an expression of unconditional love. It is an outstretched open hand.

When we truly help each other this way, we operate from the highest truth that we are all connected. That we are all expressions of Unity and divine love.
